  • "The program was filled with engaging sessions that made learning fun, and the Miro breakout sessions were especially helpful in driving our progress forward. The follow-up support and encouragement from both Brianna and Michelle as well as Kristy has also been very helpful for us in navigating the B Impact Assessment submission process and first two queues.”

Madeline Christie, Coordinator of Special initiatives at Harmonic Arts

  • “What a team! Kristy & Brianna brought the content to life and created an incredible learning experience. We’re huge fans and will continue to work with Kristy and Brianna any chance we get. I get the feeling that they will become strategic partners for our business journey. Can’t wait to work with them again!

    Gordon Holley, Humanity Financial Wellness

  • “Our biggest outcome of the program was learning to be OK with being uncomfortable. We all begin our exploration into becoming a B Corp because we want to affect positive change in our business and communities; but the Getting to 80 program brings the real understanding that our global economy and culture is rapidly changing around us."

Live Interactive Sessions on Zoom: Accessible and Recorded for Your Convenience

Using the B Corp Impact Assessment to sharpen your purpose, future-proof your business, and drive sustainable growth.

Session Descriptions:

Impact Business Models:

Impact business models are a critical element of the B Impact Assessment. Put simply, these are how we measure the alignment between company activities and specific positive social, environmental, and economic impacts created by your company. In this session we will explore the Impact Business Models accessible to North American companies and get specific about yours. This is a critical session and will direct how you move through the B Corp Impact Assessment and define your path to certification.

Governance:

You’ll explore the importance of defining company values, vision, and mission. We’ll share transferable strategies so you can understand the “why” behind all your business decisions.

Workers:

You’ll develop your understanding of positive employee practices (JEDI, performance evaluation, and sense of purpose) and so you can create effective policies for increasing employee retention and recruitment.

Community:

We’ll explore how to take a stakeholder-focused approach to business growth. You’ll learn how to develop key performance indicators on impact, including how to set objectives, so you can track performance and report on outcomes.

Environment:

You’ll understand how to track and reduce your environmental footprint while developing an understanding of how emerging environmental frameworks (including Project Drawdown, and the circular economy) are being incorporated in business.

Supply Chain:

You’ll learn how to leverage your supply chain to create a sustained competitive advantage and explore how to screen suppliers for impact using surveys, intake forms, and codes of conduct to leverage your supply chain for positive impact.

Customers:

You’ll learn how to identify and prove impact for your customers. This is a very important section for any service-based company and will define your path to certification!

Graduation Day!:

YES! In this final session we will come together to share our impact assessment outcomes, answer final questions, and celebrate you!
